Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for a Creative Filmmaker with a passion for visual storytelling. You live and breathe social media, obsessed with industry trends, and are passionate about making bold, standout TV & Film.
You'll have a strong eye for personality, audience engagement, and filmmaking principles. You'll work closely with our team to develop, refine, and execute creative ideas that not only look amazing but deliver real impact.
You're a natural problem-solver, super organised, and full of fresh ideas. You can take a concept and run with it, crafting scroll-stopping content that grabs attention across traditional, social, streamers and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll work on a mix of branded campaigns, documentaries and original content, with shoots taking place all over the UK and occasionally internationally.
Develop bold, innovative creative ideas that push engagement and audience interaction.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership, Project Management and Marketing teams to bring content to life.
Stay ahead of design trends; ensure content is fresh, relevant, and industry-leading.
Ensure consistency across all creative, maintaining brand identity and filmmaking standards.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years experience in a filmmaking or content production role
High level editing skills (Premiere Pro essential; After Effects and GFX a plus)
Planning, shooting and editing content to a high standard
Strong transferable camera skills and technical understanding (we mainly work with Panasonic Lumix)
Full driving licence as you will be driving the Wander van
Confident with audio capture and creative lighting set ups
A deep understanding of social media trends and content formats - from YouTube to TikTok
Highly organised - able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Passion for storytelling through bold, engaging digital visuals.
Great with people able to get the best out of contributors and clients alike
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Huge Plus)
* Motion graphics experience - creating slick, engaging animations.
* Previous agency experience (fast-paced, multi-client work).
