We're on the hunt for a reliable and organised Finance Assistant to join our supportive and fast-paced Children and Young People's Finance Team. The successful candidate will provide support to Principal Accountants, in the provision of an effective accountancy service to the Children's and Young Peoples Department, supporting essential Children's Services and Schools across St Helens. The role will including budget monitoring, data input, invoice queries and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The successful candidate will have excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and to respond to the ad-hoc needs of the service.
