1. Deliver outstanding customer service to parents, staff, and external partner's.
2. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking.
3. Liaise effectively with social workers and local authorities.
4. Support finance and administration processes within the school.
5. Maintain accurate financial records using systems such as School Pod.
6. Handle referrals and follow-ups with care and attention to detail.
7. Work collaboratively across departments to enhance efficiency and service quality.
What We're Looking For
8. Experience in a school, education, or local authority setting.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill's.
