Key Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen:
7. Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
8. Lead the team during service and ensure consistency across all areas
9. Assist with developing seasonal menus using fresh ingredients
10. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
11. Support stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
12. Help deliver catering for events, private functions, and group bookings
