Our client, a well‑known and highly respected high‑end property developer in the UK, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their established team.
Responsibilities
 * Provide a seamless, stress‑free experience for customers purchasing premium homes.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting a high‑quality product.
 * Work closely with a friendly, professional team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the housebuilding sector.
 * Personable, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Details
 * Location: Sites across the East Midlands
 * Salary: £28,000–£29,000 basic, with OTE of approximately £50,000
 * Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
 * Rota: Rolling weekend schedule – one weekend off in ten, with Tuesday/Wednesday rest days either side
