We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across the Chester and Ellesmere Port area. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of day-to-day repairs and testing within tenanted properties.
The Electrician will receive:
Hourly rate £26 - £27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call-outs and development
The successful Electrician will be expected to complete:
Day-to-day repairs in social housing properties across Cheshire
General electrical maintenance
Inspection and testing
Call-outs after probation
Overtime available
We are really keen to speak to any Electrician who has:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
AM2
18th Edition & 2391
Social housing experience
