About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and stability to a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. This is a vital short-term assignment, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff support during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the residential service, ensuring safe, person-centred care.
* Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
* Support, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality practice.
* Drive improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.
* Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
Requirements
1. Current or recent Registered Manager experience within learning disabilities/additional needs services.
2. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
