About the Team The Health & Care Regulatory team comprises specialists working across four UK offices. They’re known for their practical, client-focused advice and for being approachable, collaborative, and down-to-earth. The team works flexibly across locations and offers a mix of remote and office-based working.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be advising clients across a wide range of legal and regulatory areas, both contentious and non-contentious, including:
6. Court of Protection litigation and human rights issues
7. Inquests, mental health, and safeguarding matters
8. Patient safety, serious incident response, complaints, and disputes
9. Regulatory enforcement (CQC, HSE, Ofsted)
10. Education law, children law, and governance in health/social care
You’ll manage your own caseload, support more complex cases, undertake advocacy, and contribute to business development.
