JWR is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join a forward-thinking hotel ownership and management portfolio with properties in two thriving UK city-centre locations.
One hotel sits in a prime London location between a vibrant creative quarter and historic financial district. The second is situated in the heart of a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage city. Both hotels feature contemporary bedrooms, on-site dining, and high guest demand from corporate and leisure travellers.
This strategic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and loves balancing detailed analytics with big-picture revenue strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth while working closely with on-property leadership and central commercial teams.

Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities
Maximise cluster revenue performance across both hotels
Optimise room inventory & pricing strategy
Deliver accurate forecasts and support budget & re-forecast processes
Ensure system accuracy across RMS, PMS, CRS & BI platforms
Analyse segmentation, distribution performance & sales channels
Develop and lead revenue-driven initiatives including up-selling and total-revenue focus
Monitor OTA performance, corporate production and group wash/chase processes
Drive strong commercial collaboration across hotel teams
Support commercial leadership in meetings with insights & recommendations
Requirements
You are a curious, data-driven, and commercially minded leader with a passion for hospitality and performance. You thrive on collaboration, enjoy mentoring others, and have an agile mindset suited to dynamic city-centre markets.
3+ years' hotel revenue management experience (cluster or single property)
Proven experience managing multi-segment urban hotel markets
Advanced Excel skills & strong commercial acumen
Excellent communicator and influencer, able to drive change
Familiar with revenue & distribution systems (e.g. RMS, PMS, CRS, GDS, Channel Manager, extranets)
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Economics or similar is preferred
Passion for developing people and leading with a coaching mindset
