Monitor budgets and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective cost control. Provide financial insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of project data. Compile tender documentation and support the contractor selection process through competitive bidding. Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project specifications and financial requirements are clearly understood and managed. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, ensure specification compliance, and monitor progress. Generate detailed financial reports to keep all stakeholders informed of project performance. Assist in resolving cost-related disputes or contractual issues as they arise. Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field is preferred. Previous experience in the Passive Fire Protection industry is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of cost control methodologies and best practices. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proficiency with cost management software and tools.
