Float Executive Assistant – Global Consultancy (Central London) Paying £55k excellent benefits 12-month Fixed-Term Contract | Potential to Go Permanent Hybrid Working – Minimum 3 Days in the Office An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Float Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to join a prestigious global consultancy firm based in Mayfair, supporting their EMEA Consulting Division. This is a true float role, providing cover across multiple teams for sickness, holidays and contract gaps. You will work closely with Executive Assistants, Project Coordinators, senior stakeholders and high-profile clients, gaining exposure across a fast-paced, international business. The Role Acting as a Float Executive Assistant across the EMEA region Supporting multiple Project Coordinators and consulting teams Producing, editing and proofreading high-quality documentation Managing complex diaries, priorities and stakeholder communication Extensive client and stakeholder interaction CRM system management and project administration Building strong internal and external relationships quickly Adapting seamlessly to changing teams, priorities and workloads This role suits someone who thrives in a pacey consultancy environment, can think on their feet, manage upwards and stay one step ahead at all times.
