We seek a Machine Learning Engineer with deep learning expertise to join our cross-functional AI teams.
You will collaborate with data engineers and scientists to solve problems and productionize innovative solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology. ASOS, as an online-only retailer, offers unique datasets such as transactions and click streams for millions of customers and hundreds of thousands of products.
What youll be doing:
* Working in an agile, cross-functional team to build and enhance our algorithms.
* Collaborating with scientists to implement and deploy at-scale solutions impacting our vast customer and product base.
* Deploying batch and online machine learning models at high scale.
* Continuously developing and improving our codebase and technology, contributing to new feature conception.
* Shaping the teams technical direction, establishing ML standards, and promoting quality within ASOSs ML community, sharing expertise along the way.

About You
* Professional experience in machine learning, including deep learning applications in production.
* Proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model deployment experience.
* Experience training ML models with interest in distributed computing techniques and parallelization strategies.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices, including ML Ops principles, data pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and observability.
* A self-starter eager to learn and grow professionally.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
