HR Assistant - London Hybrid Your new roleWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to support the delivery of efficient and people-focused HR services across our dynamic property business. This role is pivotal in shaping a positive employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations across both central functions and site-based teams.Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support onboarding and induction activities to ensure a seamless new starter experience. Assist with HR queries from staff, providing timely and helpful support. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. What you'll need to succeed CIPD Level 3/5 (or working towards) Experience using HR information systems (e.g. PeopleHR, BambooHR, or similar) Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is desirable.
