The Role
This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, managing the entire recruitment cycle from winning business to placing candidates.
You will work with warm leads from an extensive internal database while also developing new client relationships. The role is heavily sales-focused and suited to someone who enjoys business development and working towards revenue targets.
Business Development & Client Management (60%)
* Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
* Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
* Identify hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
* Negotiate terms of business and placement fees
* Work towards and exceed monthly revenue targets
Candidate Sourcing & Management (40%)
* Source candidates using internal databases and external platforms
* Conduct screening calls and assess suitability
* Manage candidates through interview and offer stages
* Build long-term candidate relationships
* Maintain accurate CRM records
Daily Activity Includes:
* High-volume outbound calls
* Lead generation and market research
* Database management and candidate sourcing
