Are you a recent graduate eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in education, psychology, or support services? We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join supportive primary schools in Reading, working closely with pupils who have special educational needs (SEN).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to build valuable classroom experience, develop professional skills, and make a genuine difference in the lives of young learners who benefit from additional support.
About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff throughout the school day to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting learning activities in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Assisting with communication and social development
Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
Contributing to a safe and inclusive classroom environmentIdeal for Graduates Considering Careers In:
