Customer service team leader

As Team Leader for Business Energy Scotland, you will have responsibility for operational planning and managing the hub team. Your main focus will be ensuring that the team delivers high-quality customer service, optimising performance, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
