We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a dynamic team working on photovoltaic projects, supporting the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects.
Location: Essex/Chelmsford
Sector: Solar PV | Renewable Energy
Key responsibilities:
Supervise mechanical construction activities on site
Manage subcontractors and monitor daily progress of works
Review technical specifications and project requirements
Support planning activities, resource estimates and workforce coordination
Interpret technical drawings and construction plans
We are looking for:
Technical background
4-5+ years of experience in similar roles within photovoltaic projects
Experience managing subcontractors in construction environments
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
