Are you a Shift Leader or similar from a food manufacturing background looking for a varied and autonomous night‑based role, overseeing a team of operatives in a historical family‑owned food manufacturer that offers extensive training, a great benefits package and a supportive work environment?
This role provides the opportunity to work with a well‑known manufacturer with 60 years of history and ongoing investment and expansion. You will be part of a growing business that aims for continued success.
The Role
* Help manage a production team and their daily requirements.
* Oversee KPI activity and general quality during production.
* Train and coach new members of staff.
* Liaise with management to ensure alignment throughout the business.
The Person
* From a food manufacturing background.
* Some leadership experience.
* Commutable to Tamworth.
