Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience)
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor with strong expertise in divorce and financial remedy matters to join its well-established Family team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to take on complex, high‑quality work and play a key role in the growth of the practice.
The Role
* Divorce proceedings and financial remedy cases
* Advising clients on settlements and financial disputes
* Advocacy and representation in court
* Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
* Supporting business development and practice growth
* Maintaining high professional standards and client care
Candidate Requirements
* Significant PQE in family law (divorce and financial remedies essential)
* Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills
* Ability to manage matters independently and supervise others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commercial awareness and proactive approach to practice development
* Motivation, organisation, and a client‑focused mindset
