Overview
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section. You will be a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional customer service, recommends our latest fashion items, and helps customers feel valued during every visit. This role is part-time and involves working across various areas of the store with flexibility to support changing retail demands.
Work Pattern
Monday: 11:45-20:30
Saturday: 08:30-17:15
Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with products
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to enhance the customer experience
