About the Role:
* Lead and support a small kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
* Oversee food preparation and service to ensure high standards every time
* Contribute to menu development with fresh, seasonal ideas
* Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen hygiene in line with regulations
* Work closely with management to maintain smooth service and high customer satisfaction
About You:
* Previous experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or similar in a pub or restaurant kitchen
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for fresh, quality food and consistency
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management procedures
* Positive, can-do attitude and a team player
