We are partnering with a major UK Financial Services group on a critical hire for the role of Learning and Development Manager - Procurement. This position offers a salary of up to £75K plus benefits including a £6K Car Allowance, Discretionary Bonus, Pension, Private Medical, Share Save Schemes, and 30 Days Holiday. This is a strategic role focused on shaping how the organization engages its suppliers, develops its people, and delivers enterprise-wide value.
You will:
* Architect a stakeholder engagement strategy to enhance collaboration, performance, and reputation.
* Design and implement a Cost and Procurement Academy to improve capability and leadership impact.
* Manage the Procurement Brand, including communications, Town Halls, and supplier events.
* Utilize insights from suppliers, stakeholders, and the market to develop actionable strategies and measurable improvements.
* Lead communication and change initiatives supporting a multi-year transformation program.
We're seeking a strategic influencer who:
* Has 6-8 years' experience in procurement, financial services, project delivery, or related fields.
* Can translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for senior leaders and partners.
* Possesses the gravitas to challenge thinking and inspire change at all levels.
