Up to £24,043.50 per annum, dependent on experience
37.5 hours per week - working pattern is between 08:00 & 18:00 Monday to Friday

As our Bookings Administrator you will:
1. Ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
2. Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations.
3. Handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
4. Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
To succeed as a Bookings Administrator, you will need:
5. To champion the customer experience in the hospital and work with colleagues to deliver a strong customer focused mind-set to bring the best of Nuffield Health to every customer.
6. Experience in a customer facing role - in a similar position or industry would be desirable.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
8. Excellent organisational and IT skills.
9. Ability to use initiative and attention to detail.
