Your role

Full-time | 45 hours per week
As a Fleet Sales Administrator, you will play a key part in managing our corporate and fleet sales process. You will be a confident communicator, building strong relationships with major corporate clients providing a consistent and reliable service for them with their fleet needs. This role does require someone with previous fleet sales administration experience and an understanding of the post-sale process.
In this role:
* Work closely with corporate clients providing consistently high levels of customer service
* Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
* Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
* Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
Your profile
* You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers easily
* Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required
* You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills
* Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
