Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Faculty Administrator to support the effective operation of our Faculty. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative services, liaising with cross-college departments to ensure compliance, and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day activities. The successful applicant will join the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship programme (additional criteria to be met).
Faculty Administrators typically work on a defined set of responsibilities within a single campus, but may be required to provide cross-cover during peak periods or staff absence.
Responsibilities
* Monitor faculty email inboxes and respond to applications and enquiries.
* Support learners through admissions and enrolment processes.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty managers and teaching staff.
* Coordinate faculty events and manage digital platforms (O365/Teams).
* Oversee financial processes and liaise with Finance and CLT.
* Handle communications including mail, calls, and internal queries.
* Lead on Faculty Learner Voice coordination.
* Liaise with MIS to resolve data, timetabling, and register issues.
* Support recruitment activities including interview day coordination.
* Prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines with accuracy.
* Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and work flexibly to meet business needs.
Essential Criteria
* Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
* Level 2 or above in literacy, numeracy, and IT.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience working with the public and in team environments.
* Positive attitude towards learning and change.
Desirable Criteria
* Familiarity with a wider range of IT systems.
* Experience or qualification in a customer-focused environment.
* Ability to travel between campuses.
