Responsibilities
1. Create: Lead the development of design concepts from initial idea through to final execution across both print and digital platforms. Work mostly autonomously on interpreting project briefs, conducting research, and generating innovative creative that aligns with our brand identity and strategic goals. Create compelling headlines and copy that bring visuals to life, ensuring each piece tells a cohesive and impactful story.
2. Design for impact: Craft visually impactful campaigns that stand out across national OOH takeovers, press spreads, digital ads, and scroll-stopping animated content for social media, as well as video edits and print materials. Develop standout designs for corporate reports, customer correspondence, product guides, presentations, and key brand moments.
3. Collaborate: Work closely with the Creative Design Manager, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and present innovative creative concepts. Manage projects from initial brief to final execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines and resource constraints. Engage with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to align creative outputs with business objectives and customer insights.
4. Crafting perfection: Balance technical accuracy with creative finesse to produce flawless print and digital content. Own electronic proofing and ensure timely delivery of all pieces. Use performance data and customer insights to iterate and optimize creative assets for maximum engagement and conversion.
5. Leading with innovation: Explore new tools, workflows, and technologies to keep the creative process innovative and ahead of trends. Evolve existing and new content by spotting trends early and turning inspiration into innovation.
6. Elevate our brand: Act as a brand guardian, contributing to the evolution of brand strategy and visual identity across all touchpoints. Maintain strong brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials and communications, both internal and external.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience in a creative design role within an agency or in-house creative team.
2. Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns across print, digital, and motion, with experience in direct response consumer campaigns.
4. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
5. Knowledge of Figma or equivalent.
6. Exceptional typography, layout, and conceptual thinking skills.
7. Extensive experience designing for web, digital, and print.
8. Strongmunication and presentation skills, with a team-oriented approach.
9. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively.
11. Ability to pitch ideas and concepts confidently to stakeholders.
12. Foresight to understand customer perspectives.
13. Certifications in UX/UI design, motion graphics, or brand strategy are advantageous.
14. Experience in regulated sectors is a plus.
