Responsibilities
 * Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
 * Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
 * Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
 * Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
 * Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
 * Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
 * A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
 * Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
 * A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
 * Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
 * Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.
 * Outstanding communication traits, ability to problem‑solve, and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
