Hours: 8.30am 3.30pm Monday Thursday (Term Time Only)
At St. Michael’s Primary School, we believe in nurturing every child’s potential through our core values of resilience, courage, empathy, kindness, aspiration, and collaboration. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
Why Join Us?
Kindness
At St. Michael’s, we create a caring and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. You’ll play a key role in helping our children with their learning, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and nurtured.
Aspiration
As a key member of our staff, you’ll work alongside teachers to help every child achieve their best. You’ll support learning activities, deliver targeted interventions, and inspire children to aim high and develop a love for learning.
Resilience
We believe that challenges are opportunities to grow. You will encourage children to persevere, develop confidence, and learn from their experiences, helping them to build resilience both in and out of the classroom.
Courage
You’ll help children develop the courage to take risks in their learning, try new things, and face challenges positively. Your encouragement will help them to believe in themselves and their abilities.
Empathy
You’ll support pupils with understanding and compassion, helping them to manage emotions, build friendships, and feel confident in expressing themselves.
Collaboration
Teamwork is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
