Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor - £100m Mixed-Use Scheme
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary / Rate: £65k-£85k per annum plus package (permanent) or £350-£550 per day (contract/freelance, depending on experience)

The Opportunity:
A leading contractor/developer is seeking an experienced Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a prestigious £100m mixed-use scheme in Buckinghamshire. The development will include residential units alongside leisure facilities, offering a challenging and rewarding environment for an ambitious commercial professional.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, high-value project with a well-respected contractor/developer, with potential for career progression and long-term involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing procurement and package coordination
Overseeing post-contract duties including cost control, commercial reporting, and subcontractor management
Supporting project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Requirements:
Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with 4-10+ years post-degree experience working for a main contractor, developer, or subcontractor
Strong knowledge of procurement and full project lifecycle management
Experience on large-scale mixed-use or residential/leisure schemes preferred
Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and organizational skills
