Support Worker – Wells
We're looking for passionate Support Workers to join our services in the Wells area. Requirements for Support Worker
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles)
* Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Sufficient experience in the care sector
* Basic IT skills
* Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
Responsibilities of a Support worker
* To ensure the people we support receive care appropriate to their individual needs
* To participate in activities of their choice
* To support the individual with all aspects of daily living
* Where necessary, to carry out personal care/ medication
* To attend all mandatory training
