Working hours:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Alternative Saturday
The successful Senior Lettings position will offer:
3. Basic £25,000 - £30,000
4. OTE £40,000 - £45,000
5. Company Car
To be considered for the Senior Lettings position you must have the following:
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Senior Lettings role
7. Excellent Leadership skills
8. Target-driven individual.
9. Ability to create and action Business plans
10. Strong computer skills
11. Full Drivers Licence
12. Brilliant Rapport building skills
13. Knowledgeable, driven, and Positive individual
14. Full clean UK driving license.
The Senior Lettings position will involve:
15. Reporting into the Branch Manager
16. Supporting the team in achieving/ exceeding set KPI’s
17. Achieving/ exceeding personal KPI’s
18. Re-market existing client stock and ensure they are happy
19. Building and maintaining excellent rapport with Landlords and Tenants
20. Business development
21. Carry out valuations
22. Carrying out viewings when necessary
23. Negotiating and agreeing new Tenancies
24. Keeping up to date with compliance and Safety regulations, ensuring the Lettings team remains knowledgeable also.
25. Upkeeping team morale to encourage top performance.
26. Helping drive the business forward.
27. Staff training and development.
28. To nurture and develop new business opportunities.
