Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 16:30
Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT to provide high-quality care and support to children and families in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialist paediatric occupational therapy interventions in line with best practice.
* Administer score and report on standardized assessments including Movement ABC-2 VMI and TVPS.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support childrens functional development and participation.
* Provide advice and guidance to parents carers and education staff to promote inclusion and independence.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Minimum 2 years experience in paediatrics.
* Competence in administering and interpreting Movement ABC-2 VMI and TVPS assessments.
* Ability to start ASAP and commit through November.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
