About the Role
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Wireless Telecommunications team based in Bracknell. This role will support the delivery of telecom infrastructure projects by coordinating and compiling key documentation, with a particular focus on Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in CDM regulations and telecoms to develop within a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collate and compile information required to produce CPP and RAMS documentation for telecom sites
Support project teams by gathering data from engineers, planners, and subcontractors
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with CDM regulations
Maintain and update project records and document management systems
Track document status, approvals, and revisions
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain required information
Assist with general project administration, including reporting and data entry
Ensure all health & safety documentation is in place prior to site works commencing
Identify and escalate any missing or incomplete documentation
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with document control systems or databases
Desired Skills and Experience:
Understanding of CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations
Experience within the wireless telecommunications industry
Familiarity with CPP and RAMS documentation
Knowledge of telecom site processes and health & safety requirements
