Renewals Coordinator
We’re looking for a Renewals Coordinator to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Norwich.
You will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of our Administrator - Renewals
8. Liaising with landlords, tenants, branches
9. Ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process
10. Obtaining instructions from landlords before the end of the tenancy
11. Preparing new tenancy agreements
12. Administering periodic tenancies
13. Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements
14. Sending notification to our accounts team
Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator - Renewals
15. Customer Service and administration skills
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
17. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
