About the Role As our Business Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in connecting UK stakeholders, teams and clientsensuring that processes run smoothly, information flows accurately, and business needs are translated into effective solutions. Working closely with the Manager, Business Operations, you will lead selected operational projects from discovery to delivery. Youll identify gaps, propose improvements, and help shape processes that support our publishing partnerships and internal teams. You will collaborate extensively across Customer Care, Client Services, Credit Control, Warehouse Operations and Goods In to support systems, streamline workflows, and troubleshoot issues. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys both data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Client Liaison Act as a bridge between UK stakeholders to understand business needs, track solutions, and ensure client expectations are met. Work with internal and external partners to ensure requirements are well understood and properly delivered. Business Operations & Process Improvement Lead Business Operations projects, identifying gaps and recommending solutions in partnership with the Manager, Business Operations. Analyse sales data, service levels and performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline existing processes. Reporting, Systems & Product Support Enhance, test, and maintain UK reporting-related products and cyclical processes. Troubleshoot system issues and monitor performance. Assist with training business units on reporting systems and processes, including creating and organising documentation. Cross-Departmental Operational Support Provide investigatory and troubleshooting support to the Credit Control team relating to consignment ledger transactions. Support BusOps, Customer Care and Client Services teams by leading training sessions and sharing best practices. Work with Warehouse Operations and Goods In to record incoming inventory, handle queries and liaise with clients where needed. About You Youll bring a blend of analytical strength, communication finesse and operational confidence. Youre proactive, organised, and thrive in roles where every day presents something new to solve. You will have: 2 years experience in reporting or data analysis 2 years experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role 1 year of Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Experience training or supporting colleagues with systems/processes Strong deadline management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A collaborative working style with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships A continuous improvement mindsetalways looking for better, smarter ways to work Why Join Us?
