Role Overview One of my local government clients is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support across children’s services. This is a hybrid role, primarily based at Albert Road Children's Centre, with occasional remote working and travel to other council offices as required. Key Responsibilities: * Minute-taking during meetings * Preparing and organising professional information packs * General office administration: scanning, copying, filing * Assisting with event and workshop planning and coordination * Managing administrative logistics for the team and stakeholders * Maintaining a well-organised office environment * Supporting staff with DBS checks (advantageous) Skills and Requirements: * Strong administrative background, ideally in a local authority or public sector setting * Excellent attention to detail and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Clear communication and interpersonal abilities * Able to prioritise workloads and multitask under pressure * Experience with office hardware (scanners, copiers, etc.) * Event planning or workshop coordination experience is desirable * Experience in conducting DBS checks is advantageous If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd
