We’re thrilled to be supporting a UK live events organisation in hiring a Promoter’s Associate to work closely with the senior team on the delivery of tours, shows, and events across a variety of venues.
Please Note: This is not an entry-level position
This role is suited to someone with prior experience in live events or touring operations who is ready to take on increased responsibility, support senior promoters, and contribute to the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll play a key role in the promotions workflow - supporting communications, administration, and operational tasks to ensure events are delivered efficiently and successfully.

1. Assist a senior promoter with administration, calendars, and project coordination.
2. Support budget tracking, reporting, and other financial tasks.
3. Help coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activity.
