Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic support
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
* Challenge and influence decision-making to support growth and profitability
* Interpret complex financial data and present findings to stakeholders
* Support the development of business cases and investment appraisals
* Work collaboratively across departments to improve financial awareness and accountability
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
* Highly confident and effective in communicating with non-financial stakeholders
* Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
