Quantity Surveyor - Housing Groundworks £50,000 - £70,000 package (dependent on experience) About the Company This business is a well-established specialist contractor operating within the residential development sector, delivering enabling works, remediation, civil engineering and housing groundworks across the North West and wider UK. Known for its collaborative approach, strong pipeline of work and repeat client base, the company plays a key role in transforming complex sites into ready-to-build developments. The Role Due to continued growth, an experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to support housing groundworks projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure commercial control is maintained across multiple residential schemes.
