????? What youll be doing:
Leading the kitchen team in a busy service when the Head Chef is away
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Overseeing food quality, prep, presentation, and ensuring spec standards are met
Helping to manage stock, ordering, GPs and kitchen administration using our Procure Wizard system
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Supporting and developing junior chefs through training and coaching
?? What were looking for:
A confident, organised chef with experience at Sous level or a strong CDP ready to step up
Leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure
A genuine passion for fresh food and consistent quality
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
