What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks.
* Lead and manage testing activities across functional, non-functional, and automated testing.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee defect management, quality metrics reporting, and release readiness assessments.
What You’ll Need
* Extensive experience in test management within agile digital delivery environments.
* Strong knowledge of automation frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber.
* Expertise in CI/CD tools, functional and non-functional testing techniques, and defect tracking systems.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster collaboration.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This role is subject to UK Security Vetting at SC level. Applicants must be willing to undergo the appropriate security clearance process if not already cleared. If you’re successful in your application, we’ll ask you to undergo the relevant vetting process to achieve SC/DV clearance. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory completion of the relevant clearance process.
This is a full‑time, permanent, hybrid (2‑3 days/week) role, with occasional business travel across the UK. Full‑time employment at Jacobs is based on a 40‑hour working week and includes flexi‑time and work‑life balance emphasis.
