Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast and brunch dishes to a consistently high standard Running the breakfast section with confidence and taking ownership of the service Completing thorough mise en place ahead of service so every shift starts strong Maintaining stock, rotating produce and helping manage ordering for the section Keeping your station, equipment and the kitchen clean, organised and safe throughout service Following all food hygiene, health and safety, allergen and COSHH procedures Supporting the wider kitchen team and helping new team members learn the ropes ?
