What you’ll be doing:
Assessing and monitoring learner progress & performance in line with frameworks/ standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence
Delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their
individual
potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
Developing learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence
Effective recording / reporting of performance data in support of delivery outstanding outcomes for learners
Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding,
SHE, welfare and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes
Assisting in the recruitment and selection of learners
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Effective coaching and mentoring skills
L3 electrical qualification
Desirable:
Assessor Award qualification
Good IT skills in particular MS Office
Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes

The Early Careers team
You will join a dynamic team of professionals, assessing a number of apprentices through their programme and supporting a range of early careers activities, including interviewing, inductions, career events
etc .
