As an Administrator, youll be a key support for our delivery teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and furniture reaches customers' homes. Youll handle administrative tasks, manage stock systems, take calls from drivers, and resolve any issues within the CDC. Arrange deliveries and manage calls with drivers and customers. Escalate delivery issues to the depot manager. Assist with ad-hoc tasks. Work the 4 on 4 off, 7am- 7pm shift pattern to provide continuous support. The role is for you if You have prior experience in customer service or admin roles.
