We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 MASH Health Practitioner to join our integrated Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), working within a dynamic, co‑located environment alongside Children’s Social Care, police, education, early help, and wider health partners. This is a specialist clinical safeguarding role where you will provide expert health insight, undertake risk assessment, analyse complex health information, and support safe and timely multi‑agency decision‑making for children and young people aged 0–18. You will work at the forefront of Family First reforms within Hounslow Children’s Services, contributing to more coordinated, earlier, and evidence‑based intervention for children and families. The postholder will be based primarily in Hounslow MASH, with cross‑cover provided to Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham as required to support resilience and consistency across boroughs.
