The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will form a key part of themercial team, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully from a financial and contractual perspective.You’ll have exposure across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage procurement through to final account, giving you the opportunity to develop both your technical and client-facing skills.Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting themercial delivery of projects, ensuring cost control and financial performance are maintained
2. Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
3. Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
4. Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and manage budgets
5. Contributing to preconstruction activity, including tender support and cost planning
6. Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
About You
7. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up
8. Background working with a main contractor on new build or refurbishment schemes
9. Strong understanding ofmercial processes and subcontractor management
10. A proactive mindset and willingness to develop and grow within the role
11. Goodmunication skills and a collaborative approach
