This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant who is looking to progress into more of a senior role that offers a pathway for promotion in a supportive environment. Duties & responsibilities: Preparing sole trader, partnership and Limited Company accounts for a variety of clients Preparing management accounts Preparing and reviewing VAT returns Preparing corporation tax computations Preparing self-assessment tax returns Managing client relationships Acting as a mentor to the junior staff members Requirements: Previous experience working in Practice Be able to prepare statutory accounts Good software experience: Sage, Xero, Iris, Quickbooks and FreeAgent Strong communication skills Ambitious and hard working Willingness to progress My client offers a salary of 30-40K depending on experience, as well as an exciting culture and the opportunity for career progression.
