Business Development Executive
On behalf of our client Ardeta Search is looking for a motivated, people-first Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-savvy professional who thrives on building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into customers.
You’ll play a key role in driving inbound and outbound leads, converting interest into action, and helping our business grow through great service and smart thinking. Generate and nurture leads through a mix of outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Track and manage your pipeline using our CRM, keeping clear notes and follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing to turn content and campaigns into leads and conversions.
Feed back insights from the market to help us continuously improve our offer and service.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Confident communicator — on the phone, over email, and face to face.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus (but not essential).
