Business & Facilities Coordinator (Part-Time)

Company: Blofield Business Centre Limited

Location: Blofield, Norfolk (NR13 4RR)

Hours: Part-time, including alternate Saturdays (8:30am – 5:00pm)

Salary: £15 to £17 per hour depending on experience

About Us

Blofield Business Centre provides office rental for small businesses and start-ups along with storage units for customers. We're looking for a hands-on, organised, and customer-focused Business & FacilitiesCoordinator to keep our centre running smoothly and help grow our storage and office space services.

The Role

This is a varied position combining sales and marketing of storage units and office space, facilities management, admin, bookkeeping, and tenant support. You'll play a key role in ensuring our business centre remains professional, welcoming, and profitable.

Key duties include:

* Marketing and selling available storage units and office space
* Promoting services online and locally to maximise occupancy
* Assisting customers with enquiries and conducting tours
* Using Xero and Kinnovis for invoicing, bank reconciliations, and bookings
* Coordinating contractors, trades, and repairs
* Overseeing property upkeep, health & safety, and compliance
* Keep shared areas clean and tidy (car park, toilets, kitchens, plants)
* Manage deliveries, supplies, invoices, and general admin
* Supporting management with special projects and admin
* Opening/closing the business centre when on duty

About You

We're looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual who can take ownership of a varied role. You should be:

* Experienced in sales, customer service, facilities, administration, or property management (or similar)
* Confident using IT systems (Xero, Kinnovis, MS Office, social media) with the ability to learn new software quickly
* Skilled in sales and marketing, with the drive to grow occupancy and promote services
* Organised, dependable, and comfortable balancing admin tasks with practical, hands-on work
* Professional, approachable, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills
