The Role: They are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This role offers a fast-track career progression, including a clear path to becoming a Partner with equity. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling client portfolios, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
What you will do:
1. Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
2. Client Advisory: Provide high-quality tax advice, guidance on tax planning, with experience preferred but not essential.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development.
4. Client Management: Independently meet with clients, offering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.
5. Billing & Profitability: Manage client billing and maintain firm profitability.
What you will have:
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified, aiming to complete CTA or with CTA already completed.
* Experience: Strong tax compliance experience; tax advisory experience preferred; background in accountancy desirable; experience with Republic of Ireland tax matters advantageous.
* Skills: Proven team management, excellent communication, client-facing skills, organizational skills, billing management, and a growth mindset.
